The National Trust is made up of Neil Rosario and Mark Henning. Together they created Kings and Queens, a freaky conflation of dance music, that the band calls “body music.” The album makes plenty of nods to disco, house, and pop with Chicago-style horns, R&B falsetto, Latino percussion, and bass lines with more soul than a gospel choir.
